1.Platform Role

Day2DayMart, operated by Rapzap Technologies Private Limited, functions as an online marketplace that facilitates the sale of grocery and related products by independent third-party sellers. The Company does not directly sell products and is not responsible for the quality, quantity, or condition of items listed by sellers.

2.User Obligations

Users agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and use of the platform. Users shall not misuse the platform for unlawful activities, fraudulent transactions, or any activity that violates applicable laws in India.

3.Product Listings & Pricing

All product details, including pricing, descriptions, and availability, are provided by respective sellers. While Day2DayMart strives to ensure accuracy, it does not guarantee that all information is error-free. The Company reserves the right to remove or modify listings in case of discrepancies.

4.Orders & Payments

All orders placed through the platform are subject to acceptance by the respective seller. Payments are processed exclusively via UPI. Day2DayMart is not liable for transaction failures due to banking or technical issues beyond its control.

5.Delivery

Delivery of products is carried out through third-party logistics partners on a scheduled basis. Estimated delivery timelines are indicative and may vary due to external factors. Day2DayMart shall not be held liable for delays caused by logistics providers or unforeseen circumstances.

6.Limitation of Liability & Jurisdiction

Day2DayMart shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform or purchase of products. These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Chennai.
